Mmmm. the caramel must make a very juicy sauce! Here too I leave you the answer to your question about white cardamom: I found this site on the internet
http://www.milledelizie.com/prodotti_scheda.php?idProdotto=3530
i think you can buy it online.
But if you try the green one let me know, it will surely be different, but maybe even better, who knows? In any case, I have neither opened nor crushed the berries, because the aroma was so strong that it was already flavored like this! happy Sunday!

RECIPES WITH ORANGES

Recipes with oranges many and all very easy, both sweet and savory and I assure you all very fast. Oranges are often the protagonists of my recipes for two reasons.

The first is certainly because we all love them in our house and the second because since I discovered the real Sicilian oranges I now know the difference and I certainly do not let them escape.

The scent that oranges emanate when you cut them and the peel fill the whole house and I can't help but prepare them all the time and then as I said before you can use them both for sweet recipes and for savory recipes and everything will be delicious from the cake to the donut , with risotto to then move on to roast and chicken but why not? also a side dish with oranges.

However, I recommend that you always buy organic and untreated oranges if you want to prepare recipes with oranges and be careful when grating the peel not to scratch even the white part because it would be bitter and ruin your dish. if instead you want to make & # 8220solo & # 8221 a juice do not throw away the peel but put it on the heated heater and you will see that in a few minutes the whole house will have taken a wonderful scent that the best air freshener will not be able to give you and then & # 8230beh then they also have a lot of vitamin C which is essential for our body.

Do you like oranges? do you want to try all my recipes from savory to sweet? We could play a game & # 8230. Make a menu entirely based on oranges, in my opinion everyone will be enthusiastic. So let's start immediately by going to buy oranges (Sicilian I recommend) and then let's start with the recipes! Ah ... Don't miss the live news on page (HERE) because one of these days I could delight you by preparing a recipe with oranges, indeed now that I think about it I just felt like preparing an orange risotto. And do you know that almost all of these recipes with oranges can also be converted with lemons? Pay attention, however, because in some the lemon flavor is a little too pronounced and could be bitter. In short, if you want to convert the recipes with lemons do two tests first, please.
And now…
Well, fasten your apron…!

1) To make the tuna recipe with oranges, fennel and almonds First of all, clean the fennel, keeping some "barbina", slice them finely and put them in a bowl with water and ice. Take the zest out of half Orange untreated and put it aside, remove all the (untreated) oranges of the peel and the white part, cut them straight, inserting the blade of a sharp knife between the wedge and the wedge, eliminating the skin that covers them.

2) Chop the peel of the orange kept aside, put it in a tall and narrow container with 3-4 "barbine" of fennel wash and shred, add a pinch of salt and chopped chilli and 4-5 orange wedges, add the oil and blend the ingredients with an immersion blender, until you get a creamy sauce.

3) Toast the almond slices in a non-stick pan without any seasoning distribute the tuna cut into thin slices in the dishes, add the well-drained fennel and the orange wedges, season everything with the prepared sauce and complete with the slices of almonds. Serve the tuna with oranges, fennel and almonds.

Freeze the fish

Tuna with oranges, fennel and almonds

Marinating is not enough to eliminate any bacteria or parasites. These organisms can't stand the cold, so to safely consume raw fish, make sure it has been frozen. If the shopkeeper had not done this, do it yourself at home: freeze the fish for at least 72 hours at -18 degrees or for 24 hours at -2 °. Once thawed, use it immediately. Also be careful to carefully wash the tools used for cleaning the fish.
